Bryan Kickham obtained a FIAT " permission to amend The Statement of Defence" from Justice Brietkruz on January 9, 2004 just 10 days before the start of trial.
Justice Breitkruz signed it then Bryan Kickham of Miller Thompson at Edmonton had the FIAT backdated the true date of January 9, 2004 to January 9, 2003 to predate the April 17, 2003 fake date of The Certificate of Readiness being filed that closed the pleadings within this Court Action and the second signature of Justice Breitkruz was forged. Bryan Kickham had fake the date to January 9, 2003 on the FIAT so the trial judge would believe the SOD was amended before the fake filing date of The Certificate of Readiness that Elizabeth MacInnis and Guy Lacourciere had confirm with Justice Marceau as April 17, 2003. These lawyers new Chief Justice A H Wachowich had order the Certificate of Readiness to be filed by March 15, 2001.

So now it makes sense why all the lawyers conspired with Elizabeth MacInnis because they were all friends with her Father Justice Moir. They all collaborated and conspired to defraud Donald Broder of his life savings and extort The Broder Buck.

Joyce Broder passed away on September 23, 2011, a few months after that picture above was taken with her bank accounts garnished, Donald Broder ended his own life on April 11, 2012, by stopping taking his life necessity medication and his bank accounts, his sons' salary and bank accounts and one of his grandchildren bank account had been garnished.
