Bryan Kickham obtained a FIAT " permission to amend The Statement of Defence" from Justice Brietkruz on January 9, 2004 just 10 days before the start of trial.
Justice Breitkruz signed the FIAT then Bryan Kickham of Miller Thompson backdated to January 9, 2003 from the true filed date of January 9, 2004 to predate the April 17, 2003 fake date of The Certificate of Readiness being filed that closed the pleadings within this Court Action and the second signature of Justice Breitkruz was forged. Joyce Broder passed away on September 23, 2011, a few months after that picture above was taken with her bank accounts garnished, Donald Broder ended his own life on April 11, 2012, by stopping taking his life necessity medication and his bank accounts, his sons' salary and bank accounts and one of his grandchildren bank account had been garnished.
Donald and Joyce Broder were victims of horrific crimes willfully committed against them by the very Justice system that was supposed to protect them.
